Hokkaido Trip Part IV

ただいま～ I am back in Kyoto after the final day of my Hokkaido trip! Brought some chocolate, cheese and crackers back with me as souvenirs (おみやげ) for my dorm mates. My trip was amazing, but I am so glad to be back home. I get to play my bass!

Last night I met three wonderful men during my onsen soak from Hong Kong, where they all work at the same company and had taken a trip to visit Japan together. We engaged in some very interesting conversations about life, and went out to an izakaya together! Thanks for the wonderful evening @chen.d.daniel @raymondkachun @sdamashek

Today when I travelled to Kutchan station to board the train, I found that literally every tourist in Niseko was trying to leave at the same time, and the train was full. I visited a cafe while waiting, did some budgeting, and studied kanji, which worked out because my new friend Jonas was able to join me there.

Together we took the train into Sapporo together, grabbed curry soup for lunch, visited a mega don quixote and split ways at the airport. Looking forward to seeing you in Kyoto soon @jonas___philipp !!
